Application for Goods Return

Please fill out the form below.   Upon your application approval we will get back to you with instructions for returning the goods to us.


CANCELLATION RETURN:
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all cancellation returns except where the customer is exchanging the item for another Plumbline product.
• Goods cannot be returned after 60 days of purchase
• Product(s) must be in original packaging and condition
• You are responsible for shipping the product(s) to us
• We will credit your order after we have received and inspected the goods
• All clearance items are non-returnable
• Indented and custom made products are non-returnable. This includes timber furniture, non-chrome tapware, Apaiser products, painted cast iron baths, basins with multiple tapholes, and any special imported products.


DAMAGED/FAULTY PRODUCTS RETURN:
This form does not need to be filled out for damaged/faulty products.  Please contact us on 04 568 9898 and we will issue documentation for returns and arrange collection.
